The KBS HR service center supports 5+ business groups with over 40,000 employees. We are seeking an experienced leader for a newly created role that will develop and implement a knowledge management strategy for the HR Solutions Call Center and then work to roll it out across the rest of the HR Solutions teams. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that has the experience and expertise who is looking for the challenge of building a knowledge management capability within an established shared service business. This is a key role for KBS as the KM Leader will collaborate and consult with the cross functional teams and customers to identify and implement the tools necessary to implement this strategy. This role will include:
- Identifying, capturing, designing and organizing required knowledge and content including cross functional documentation, policies, procedures and training
- Owning knowledge management practices, to include communication/distribution to functional teams, service delivery teams and subject matter experts about updates, enhancements, etc.
- Designing, implementing and managing the information technology
- Identifying, designing and implementing a robust KM modules that creates a greater Employee Self-Service Capability
- Identifying, designing, implementing and managing key performance indicators with audits to measure system, training and services effectiveness, quality and responsiveness.
- Owning the knowledge management processes around querying available resources for changes, updating content, providing urgent updates, documenting changes and responding to data and access requests.
Work Experience/Skills REQUIRED:
- 5+ years previous experience developing and implementing knowledge management process and/or strategies
- Must possess knowledge of leading KM methodologies
- A proven track record in leadership and coaching skills
- Strong collaboration skills and a history of establishing effective partnerships at all levels of the organization
- Strong project management skills
- Strong history of problem solving, including proactively recognizing areas for process improvements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a versatile communication style across all levels of the organization
- History of successfully articulating needs for change, negotiating where necessary, and implementing those changes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential data in a fast paced, high volume HR environment
