Senior Business Development Engineer (Petroleum) - 009453
Description
Koch Exploration Company LLC. is looking for an Petroleum (Exploitation) Engineer to join our team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a member of a dynamic Exploration and Production team and be responsible for providing technical support for monitoring and evaluating existing and future interests in oil and gas assets. These responsibilities will include:
Evaluating logs and well data for exploitation of existing assets
Providing analysis and planning for various oil and gas activities
Preparing economic analysis and operational procedures for oil and gas operations
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a petroleum or exploitation engineering role
Experience with performing evaluations and analysis for drilling, workovers, fracs, facilities, and completions
Ability to run economic/cash flow analysis
Able to project reserves and understand reservoir volumetrics
Strong verbal and written skills
Bachelors in Engineering from an accredited institution
Preferred
Field experience working on oil or gas well/project activities
Ability and willingness to work with field personnel
Knowledge and capabilities around completions and workovers
Exposure to the Rockies and experience with multiple pay zones
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Petroleum Engineering
Business degree or courses in the business field
