Koch Heat Transfer has an immediate opening for an International Human Resources Manager in the office located at 12602 FM 529, Houston, TX.

Brief Summary of Duties

• Responsible for developing, managing, enhancing and delivering on International HR programs such as employee relations, compensation, performance development, talent planning, training, recruiting, etc.
• Strategically work with leadership and first line supervisors to proactively identify and implement HR plans and priorities that enhance overall site performance.
• Responsible for managing the site staffing plans which involves the recruitment and overall talent planning while ensuring cultural alignment.
• Owns the sites HR Compliance plans and manages within the statutory guidelines.
• Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources guidelines, procedures, standards, etc.
• Works with leadership to further advance Market Based Management Experience and Skills.

Required Work Experience, Skills and Education

• Minimum 10+ years Human Resources experience in a plant manufacturing environment with 5+ years experience in a HR Management role.
• Experience in recruiting, employee relations, strategic planning, and corporate compliance programs including legal and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading and managing the HR functions in a plant manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate experience with PC-based applications (MS Word - document creation/editing, Excel - spreadsheet creation/editing, data entry and analysis and PowerPoint - presentation creation/editing)
• Experience working with HRIS data bases.

Preferred Work Experience, Skills and Education

• HR Certification
