Brief Summary of Duties

• Implement and Manage the Safety Program of Koch Knight to World Class.
  
• Establish written guidelines summarizing permitting and Safety documentation for APC shop and field jobs
  
• Koch Knight`s Safety Representative on key projects
  
• Implement safety programs that include employee involvement and responsibility
  
• Keep certification current and take continuing education classes as necessary
  
• Maintain adequate records of incidents
  
• Recordability Administrator Team Member
  

Required Work Experience, Skills and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
• Associate Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent experience
  
• Safety management in an industrial setting
  

Preferred Work Experience, Skills and Education

• Safety management in industrial construction
  
• MSHA trainer certification
  
• Lead abatement competent person
  
• OSHA 500 Instructor
  

Physical Demands-Unusual Work Conditions

• Extensive travel 50% required to Koch Knight work sites
  
• Able to inspect work sites including wearing PPE to access confined spaced and climb scaffolding.
