Koch Nitrogen Company, LLC owns and operates facilities in Oklahoma, Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska that produce anhydrous ammonia, UAN and urea. Koch Fertilizer Canada, ULC, operates a production facility in Brandon, Manitoba, that produces anhydrous ammonia, ammonium nitrate, UAN and urea. In addition, Koch Fertilizer, LLC owns storage and terminal assets in northwest Europe with trading offices in Switzerland, France and United Kingdom.
Koch Fertilizer, LLC is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our IT group. This role is a great opportunity for a self-starter to work with a growing global company providing a wide range of interesting IT work across multiple sites. The successful candidate will have strong infrastructure, workstation, server and IT project management experience to support our plant IT needs. Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and execute needed application upgrades
• Work with systems integrators and management to design and implement infrastructure projects
• Coordinate project work and ongoing support of physical security, access control and compliance initiatives
• Provide triage and coordinate resolution for local plant IT support needs across a diverse range of systems
• Manage local contractors to accomplish needed IT work
• Execute an ongoing local support plan covering existing installations and future initiatives

• Intermittent climbing of ladders and elevated work
• Occasional outdoor work
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds

• 2+ years of IT specific project experience
• Proven history of managing IT contractors
• Conceptual, Analytical and Problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to prioritize, organize and coordinate simultaneous projects
• Provide recommendations to improve functional and technical designs
• Strong IT related technical and application troubleshooting ability
• Two year Technical Degree in a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience

• Windows Server and SQL server knowledge
• Networking and Infrastructure experience
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution
