Description
We are seeking an individual to join our Accounting Team in Wichita, KS. This position is a great opportunity to learn and grow as a professional, gain valuable accounting experience, and begin a long-term career in an environment that allows you to create real value for our company.
Responsibilities include:
- Mail sorting/Distribution
- Process Pcard payments to vendors
- Invoice filing
- Coordinate approval of invoices with customers
Work Experience Required: - Proven excellent attention to detail
- Able to communicate effectively within a group setting
- Strong work ethic and personal integrity
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Resourceful in pursuing or recommending new ideas and/or process improvements
- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and strong customer focus
- Able to use 10-key with speed and accuracy
Work Experience Preferred: - Previous experience with AP Modules
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Access
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Education Preferred: Working towards a Bachelor`s degree in Accounting
