Administrative Assistant - 015198
Description Position Summary - Support the Executive Assistant in managing office systems including organizing office operations and procedures, maintaining office electronic and paper filing system, and ordering office equipment and supplies.
- Ensure timely reconciliation and submission for all purchasing cards and serve as a liaison with the accounting department.
- Ensure that the office is operated and maintained in an efficient, cost effective manner.
- Provide support to various executives for special projects including research, editing, administrative support, and events logistics coordination.
- Support activities including data management, process management, recordkeeping, and scheduling.
- Support meeting and events by preparing reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and correspondence.
- Assist with office scheduling, booking travel, and performing additional assignments to be assigned by the Executive Assistant.
Qualifications Required - 2+ years` experience as an administrative assistant within a professional environment
- Able to create / change documents and information in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, and Outlook
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
- Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while integrating a high degree of attention to detail and organization
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information and remain adaptable to changing priorities as needed
- Ability to work confidently and respectfully with senior executives
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively
- Possesses a friendly, professional demeanor and positive phone presence
- High School Diploma
Preferred - Bachelors degree
- Comprehensive skills in Adobe and Salesforce
