• Assist employee transferees in the day-to-day relocation activities required to sell their homes, move their furnishings, and find temporary and then permanent housing at the new location
• Partner with your Business customer managers and human resource leaders in their relocation decisions by providing customized cost / benefit analysis, advice and consultation
• Develop relationships, administer and coach the vendors that provide services for the company and our employees during the relocation process

Other duties may include:

• Troubleshooting issues that arise
• Updating pertinent databases and other files throughout the process
• Gathering internal business level as well as industry metrics regarding usage and spend and then analyzing these metrics to provide business specific recommendations
• Proactively developing an understanding of the overall relocation market and trends, benchmarking as appropriate, applying your recommendations to our guidelines and practices and communicating the changes to our customers
• Identifying process improvements and driving change to increase efficiencies, etc.

• Minimum 3 years previous business environment experience
• Previous proven superior customer service skills with both internal and external customers and vendors
• Proven excellent attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Proven ability to think and act proactively to find creative solutions and to challenge the status quo in order to drive changes to current processes and practices
• Ability to troubleshoot customer and vendor issues/situations and involve the correct resources to resolve
• Proven ability to communicate a point of view to internal customers, business leaders, etc, either verbally or in writing in a concise, grammatically correct manner given your understanding of raw and market data, risks and situation facts. You should have experience explaining complex issues and facts to customers as well as reviewing metrics to develop and communicate a point of view
• Proven ability to challenge effectively across all levels of the organization and with external vendors
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and customers in a fast paced human resources environment
• Ability to manage data that requires a high level of confidentiality
• High level of MS Office skills including Excel
• The ability to work overtime as required, primarily during summer busy season

• Previous Koch company experience
• Previous experience in accounting, payroll, or similar analytical role
• Previous experience developing and administering vendor relationships
• Previous contract review and administration experience
• Previous experience giving presentations to customers and management
• Previous small project management
• Advanced use of Excel, including pivot tables, graphing, macros, etc for decision making
• Previous experience creating or assisting with the creation of processes, procedures, policies, etc
• Previous experience researching trends, industry practices, etc.

Education REQUIRED:

• Bachelor`s degree
