Mechanical Reliability Helper - 016368
Description
As Mechanical Reliability Helper, you will be responsible to perform troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance and upgrades to pumps, compressors and other rotating equipment at the oil refinery.
The successful candidate will have a mechanical background with professional experience repairing and working with large rotating equipment. You must be knowledgeable of working with tight tolerances and exact specifications and have a clear understanding of the need for safety and environmental awareness when performing all job duties. Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. The successful candidate must have a desire to contribute in a team setting and be able to perform basic computer skills.
Formal training in the repair and maintenance of large rotating equipment is preferred and experience working on pumps and compressors in an industrial environment is required.
REQUIRED:
- High School Education or the Equivalent
- Must have previous work experience repairing and working on rotating equipment, specifically pumps and compressors
PREFERRED:
- Professional training in the repair and maintenance of large pumps and compressors
- Previous work experience repairing large oil refinery rotating equipment
