• Understand and implement KPL ILI schedule for each operations area and coordinate with E&C, Commercial and Integrity groups
• Facilitate ILI vendor schedules for tools and develop options if tools are unavailable
• Understand commercial drivers and schedules and coordinate with integrity and engineering/construction groups
• Understand integrity threats and tool capabilities and inspection compliance dates and ensure that they are met
• Involved in ILI vendor relationships and driving efficiency and optimization to achieve the best value
• Coordinate with Integrity Specialists on dig packets and documentation where appropriate
• Facilitate discussions with KPL management and customers to resolve issues

• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Computer skills in Word, Excel and in proprietary scheduling program
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to independently establish priorities
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to provide 24 hour on call support for area of responsibility including weekends and holidays
• Valid Drivers License
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or five plus years of industry experience with ILI project management or scheduling experience

• Working knowledge of pipeline operations, working knowledge of oil flow material balances as well as integral distribution experience including general scheduling, terminal operations, marketing, customer profiles, etc
• Working knowledge of Interstate Commerce and DOT requirements for pipeline operations

• Position requires travel of up to 25%
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and DOT drug screen
