Required

• 7+ years of legal experience
• Possesses and demonstrates high integrity and ethical conduct
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven capability in drafting a wide range of documents
• Exposure to real estate/right-of-way law
• Demonstrated ability to identify and understand risk and apply good commercial and legal judgment
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership and apply the necessary sense of urgency
• Active member of state bar in good standing
• Juris Doctorate degree

Preferred

• Extensive transactional experience
• Extensive experience advising on compliance matters
• Real estate/right-of-way law experience
• Law firm experience
• Legal counsel to a pipeline or energy company
