Koch Nitrogen Company, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the team at our Beatrice, NE facility. As a HR manager you will have the following responsibilities:

Develop and maintain partnerships with the Beatrice, NE leadership team to provide leadership and integrate strategic HR practices

Drive application of the talent management process

Implement and monitor HR best practices, policies and standards

Oversee performance management processes including compensation programs

Ensure compliance with HR standards and all regulations regarding HR and employment law

Work with leaders to continue to advance our MBM culture through the use of appropriate mental models, processes and tools

Assist in the development of leadership capabilities and assist local leadership to maintain a direct working relationship with employees

Develop and oversee HR related training and development programs

Support ongoing staffing efforts including College Recruiting. Assist the recruiting team with creative, innovative processes for attracting and retaining talent
