Reliability Administrator

Flint Hills Resources Pine Bend Refinery in Rosemount, Minn., is among the top processors of Canadian crude in the United States and a leader in providing cleaner-burning and high-performance fuels. The refinery produces fuels such as gasoline, diesel, propane and butane, used throughout Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. It supplies much of the jet fuel used at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. The refinery, which celebrated 50 years of operation in 2005, also manufactures asphalt, heating fuels, and sulfur for fertilizers.

The Reliability Administrator will provide support to the Reliability Center Managers and System Reliability Engineers such as assisting with projects and presentations. General administrative support would include: data entry, tracking measures, filing, record retention, document preparation, scheduling and work management systems assistance.

Strong organizational skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills are required in this role. The ability to identify, develop and champion improvements in the Reliability Technical organization is greatly desired.

The successful candidate will be able to excel within a multi-functional team and be able to prioritize multiple business requests.

Work Experience/Skills Required:

• High School Diploma
• Must have Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, etc.)

Work Experience/Skills Preferred:

• Technical Degree
• 2+ years administrative and/or technical work experience in an engineering/technical environment (Manufacturing, engineering equipment sales/support, engineering design, etc.)
