Koch Business Solutions is looking for an experienced training specialist to work at our HR Shared Service Center in Atlanta, GA. This role will perform training needs analyses, develop training, and manage portal content on SharePoint. Additionally, this role will be accountable for evaluating and implementing knowledge management processes and tools.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Design training curriculum for HR Solutions support teams (i.e. service center, payroll, benefits)
• Implement standard training methodology
• Prepare training materials, including computer based training courses
• SharePoint and Portal administration
• Content management
• Development and implementation of knowledge management plan and practices
• Help develop and maintain knowledge library
• Assist with preparation of internal and external communications
• Establish tools and processes to help ensure training is delivered timely across all teams
• Perform training needs assessments
• Determine future coursework and content updates based on business needs
• Develop and monitor training KPIs and metrics
• Conduct evaluations to determine the effectiveness of the training and knowledge management programs
• Lead continuous improvement processes for training and knowledge management

Work Experience/ Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience in developing and administering training and communications programs
• Experience with e-learning and CBT course development
• Experience with MS Office Software Products
• Good understanding of training and communications tools and processes
• Awareness of knowledge management practices and tools
• Able to conduct data analytics for measuring training effectiveness
• Demonstrate good time management and project execution skills, able to prioritize effectively
• Able to perform training need analyses
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Interface effectively with customers, vendors and peers
• Occasional overtime required

Work Experience/ Skills Preferred:

• Experience in developing multi-media training
• Experience working with third party consultants on training analysis and development
• Experience with computer based training tools
• 2+ years experience with knowledge management systems/tools
• Knowledge of HR processes and ERP
• Effective proponent for organizational change management
• Able to analyze and resolve complex problems

Education Required:

• Bachelors Degree
