• Builds, leads and develops high-performing teams of HR Shared Services employees and leaders tasked with directing their respective functions and inspires talent to ensure exceptional delivery of HR services
• Establishes a shared vision and is able to effectively communicate and connect the vision to team and individuals contributions and performance
• Drives efficiencies and pursues continuous process improvements with the aim of optimizing team performance and effectiveness in delivering service
• Leverages technology to reduce costs, improve effectiveness, maximize efficiencies, and enhance customer and vendor relationships
• Develops and manages key relationships, communications, ongoing support, and reporting to internal and external business partners
• Accountable for the continuity and successful delivery of functional services to US based employees of Koch Industries, Inc. companies
• Monitors HR Shared Services benchmarks and service level agreements and directs process improvement and technical changes to address any deficiencies in Employee Services operations
• Ensure the highest level of customer support and performance through service level agreements and apply appropriate metrics to confirm performance standards.
• Collaboratively partner with HR and business leaders to create solutions that contribute value to the business.

• At least 10 years of HR experience, 5 years of at the managerial level
• Bachelor degree required. Master`s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership skills required, including proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with internal customers and positively influence key constituents
• Strong business acumen
• Strong aptitude for project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience leading HR operations in the areas of call centers, case management, balanced scorecard and Service Level Agreements preferred.
