• Perform field service as required to place Chentronics equipment into safe operational service;
• Maintain accurate calendars that include complete travel itineraries and service appointments;
• Recognize field problems in design, application or installation of Chentronics equipment;
• Maintains accurate field data per Chentronics ISO procedures;
• Ensures accurate and timely expense reports for service department;
• Ensures accurate and complete service details to be used for customer invoicing;
• During service visits, explore opportunities for ignition & flame safety sales;
• Document opportunity via email with sales department.

• 5 years field service experience installing and troubleshooting Flame Scanners & Ignition Systems;
• High Proficiency with electrical laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, meters, etc);
• High Proficiency with PC Workstation use and in Microsoft Office, CAD, DSFCOM;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Results oriented with desire for both hands on work and to travel at least 70% of the time.
