Summary:
Medical Associates of Lancaster seeks a fourth hospitalist for care at Lancaster General Hospital, a 590 bed Magnet facility. The position is 7 days on followed by 7 days off. Three rounders share weekly rounding duties. New admits/consults are covered by a separate on call physician Monday through Friday. Rounders share weekend call. Average daily census is 30 patients. The hospitalist will also share inpatient teaching for the nationally recognized family practice residency at the hospital.
