3-11:30pm
SUMMARY:
To assist the RN with direct and indirect resident care activities. Performs specific clinical duties and provides for other resident care as directed by the RN. Resident care includes care to residents in the following age groups: adult (18-64), and geriatric (over 64 years).
REQUIREMENTS:
A license for a Practical Nurse in PA is required, issued by a program for practical nursing accredited by the PA State Board of Nursing. One year experience in a long term care facility preferred.
