Manager, Diversity & Inclusion

Job Location: Lancaster PA

Job Type: Full-time

Facility: Lancaster General

Shift: Day shift

SUMMARY:
Develop and execute diversity strategies, processes and policies in support of the organization's strategic objectives. Responsible for developing and customizing the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field; At least 3 years of successful program management and development experience with specific emphasis on diversity.

ESSENTIAL JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to facilitate and lead meetings. Experience managing external consultant/relationships (i.e. negotiating program content and cost, serve as a corporate liaison, etc.). Strong project management. Facilitation and meeting management skills. Demonstrated success in building and sustaining effective relationships with management, staff and volunteers representing diverse groups.

PREFERRED JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project. At least 5 years experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
