Branch Manager / Consumer Loan Officer
Job Location: Wichita, KS
Role:
To direct and coordinate the activities of personnel (4 to 10) in a remote bank facility ensuring the branch meets operational and service plans. To direct and schedule bank resources to meet the lending, CSR and Teller needs. To assist customers with their consumer lending needs; analyze loan requests and make credit decision based on lending policy; collections as needed. Available to work rotating weekends.
Experience:
Two to Five years of similar or related experience.
Interpersonal Skills:
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary.
Other Skills:
Must have good communication & people skills. Ability to work with a diverse group of customers. Basic calculator and computer skills.
