Landmark National Bank is looking for a positive, customer oriented individual to join our team. Responsibilities include reviewing, and/or trouble-shooting the transaction process related to cards, checks, and ACH. Managing, reviewing, and documenting the bank’s customer error resolution function as related to current regulatory rules and guidelines. Position also requires performance of other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates will have the following: strong customer service/people skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and other proprietary software. Additional skillset required include the ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, strong communication skills, thorough and detail-oriented, efficient time management and organizational skills. Banking experience is preferred.
