Landmark National Bank is seeking a Retail Banking Coordinator in the Miami County area to oversee the management and development of all retail banking and staff within the region. The position also ensures proper business and customer relationships are maintained as well as soliciting and developing of new relationships within the region.
Essential Functions include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field preferred, high school diploma required
- Skills necessary to work independently and in a team, be detail oriented and organized
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous team building and management skills a plus
- Moderate to advance computer program skills
- Ability to travel to banks in region as required.
