Job Summary:
BS degree a MUST / MS degree a plus with 5 to 10 yrs exp in operations, engineering or product development (should come from some sort of refrigeration/appliance/or Beverage Dispensing product lines). Will be resp for leading cross functional teams to develop new products. Position is part of Program Mgmt Team reporting to VP of Growth & Strategy and is critical to business strategy to maintain leadership in global beverage equipment industry. Need strong analytical and problem solving skills; project mgmt expertise; have good understanding of supply chain and manufacturing basics; able to influence sales and marketing associates and lead discussions with customers.
