BS Engineering or related with 3 to 5 years experience in High Volume automotive parts manufacturing.
Machining, Grinding, and/or Screw Machine experience a Plus!
MUST be well-versed on the floor troubleshooting equipment and processes, training, oversee equipment repair, expedite tooling needs.
Lead productivity teams and workshops.
Help setup and establish new jobs and machines; work with Quality doing PPAP on New Product Launches.
