Bachelor’s degree preferred, not mandatory.  MUST have at least 3 years of experience in Tooling and High Volume Precision Machining – specifically for turning and/or grinding machines (Tornos, Hydromat, CNC).  Requirements include knowledge of Standard Quality Systems (PPAP, GR&R, R&R). Knowledge of Key Engineering Systems (Lean, VSM, ECN, Kaizen, PFMEA, APQP) and exceptional problem solving skills.

 Responsibilities include standardizing processes and engineering documentation, documenting continuous improvement efforts, overseeing product launches from start to finish, and quoting new projects. Successful candidates will be flexible, able to multi-task, be self-starters, and possess ‘hands on’ mentality.
