Food Service Director
Lake Region State College
Applications are being accepted for the position of Food Service Director. The position is full time, with full benefits, and will direct the college food service operation to meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining financial viability.
Required skills: strong customer service and operations management, understanding of dietary and sanitation requirements, inventory maintenance and control, supervision of staff, use of food service management software (CBord preferred), use of standard food service equipment and standard office equipment and software. Applicant must be organized and detail-orientated.
Minimum qualifications: Associate Degree (Bachelors Degree preferred) in food service management (or related field) or equivalent knowledge and food service management experience.

A criminal history check will be conducted on the finalist prior to beginning employment.
