Description
Our client (the employer) is a large HVAC equipment and controls manufacturer with branch offices in every major metropolitan area in the U.S., growing faster than 15% per year. Major player in the commercial OEM HVAC systems, equipment, parts sales and distribution arena. Company is growing aggressively to handle the increased market demand for new construction and aftermarket HVAC equipment sales, temperature controls sales, energy saving enhancements, service repairs, and facility renovations. Business is great; team atmosphere; fun place to work! This "rainmaker" will be the "Healthcare market" development manager, from a Regional Accounts perspective, for the company. (Healthcare market would include Hospitals and medical facilities).
This person will consolidate multiple customer inputs into a complete market picture that drives development and execution of a strategy for the Healthcare market. Since our client has over 80 offices serving every metro market in the United States, this person will be developing solutions for the customers, which will be organized by a National Accounts Team and delivered "seamlessly" to each Educational Market customer, by all of the district offices.
This person is a Healthcare Vertical Market expert, with C-level contacts throughout the Hospital and Medical Facilities Marketplace. This person might be an engineer, but must have a 10-year record of successful account management and sales to Hospitals and Medical Facilities.
This person should live in either the Nashville or Dallas metro areas. Please do not respond unless your resume clearly highlights your repeated successes in THIS vertical market.
