Job Description:
Meadowlark Hills, Manhattan’s premier continuum care retirement community, is actively seeking a qualified leader to direct and develop our home care services. The leader will be responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, standards of care and policies & procedures. Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, clinical practice acts, reimbursements, reimbursement criteria for coverage, ICD-9 coding, OASIS, hospice training and experience preferred.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years management experience, 5 years home health experience, strong leadership skills and a current Kansas RN license.
