Location: located near Medford, OR Position Description: The Regulatory/Corporate Integrity Coordinator will be responsible for the facilitation of Joint Commission accreditation preparation and audits, development and management of organizational quality and patient safety improvement initiatives, orchestrate Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, assist with quality and patient safety data analysis, assist with patient complaints to increase patient satisfaction and reduce hospital liability.
Qualifications: Healthcare quality experience; working knowledge of Joint Commission and other required standards; demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; ability to organize projects is required. RN license or other healthcare clinical license, registration, or certification and CPHQ (Professional in Health Care Quality) certification preferred.
Typical Physical/Mental Demands: Sedentary-light physical demand level capabilities required. Must be able to work independently as well as with co-workers, physicians and medical center personnel. Must be able to prioritize work demands, meet constant deadlines, organize time efficiently, and provide immediate response to changes in any of regulatory programs. Must have the ability to work in stressful situations.
