Description:
Smaller acute care hospital located close to Green Bay seeking experienced Nursing Director for Director of Speciality Services position. Great opportunity for Director level nurse who desires additional responsibility.

Client hospital seeking experienced nursing director with outstanding leadership skill sets and team player mentality. Responsible for leading, managing and evaluating all aspects of nursing care within the Surgical Services Department, Emergency Services Department, and the Outpatient Medical Unit.
Primary function is to assure comprehensive goal-orientated care of patients via- adequate staffing patterns; placement of competent personnel in appropriate positions; provision of adequate resources for staff fulfill expected patient care needs and standards of performance; assessment of operational efficiencies, and assuring care focused on quailty driven care models.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of Wisconsin; BSN required; MSN preferred. Five years supervisor experience preferred, CPR & ACLS certification required.
We are a fully accredited, acute-care hospital and outpatient medical center, with 25 licensed beds. Our Hospital has been serving the health care needs of the area since 1943.
The hospital offers a full range of services and specialties, including home health, and a skilled nursing facility for long-term care and rehabilitation services and a rehab services department. A full range of physician services in one convenient location. More than 125 physicians serve on our medical staff.
