Chief Nursing Officer - CNO
Job Location: Fort Worth, TX
Description
Smaller acute care hospital located near Fort Worth, Texas seeking experienced Chief Nursing Officer. Prospective candidate must have a Masters Degree in Nursing and three to five years of experience in an executive nursing role. Candidate must possess thorough knowledge of nursing theory and practice and of learning principles. Must be detail oriented with strong follow through skills, human resource skills and financial skills. Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability are essential. Familarity with accreditation and regulatory requirements required. Currently licensed as a registered nurse by the state of Texas. Current CPR required. This position is located a short drive from Fort Worth in a community with a population less than 20,000.
Requirements
