Description:
Full time Midlevel Practitioner to work in Health Services Clinic. Practitioner will work scheduled clinic hours Monday through Friday. Practitioner will work with Board Certified Family Practice and Internal Medicine Physicians. Salary based on experience. Relocation reimbursement
