Job Description:
The staff pharmacist is responsible for the preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications used throughout the facility. The pharmacist is expected to sustain an environment for the safe, rational, effective, and efficient use of medications prescribed to patients of all age groups. Pharmacists are responsible for the direct supervision of technical support personnel. All job duties shall be performed in accordance with all applicable State and Federal laws, JCAHO, and professional practice standards, and policies and procedures of the health system/pharmacy department.
$47/hr w/ 2yrs experience and $50/hr w/ 5 yrs experience
7 on 7 off, 70 hrs but paid for 80
$93,000 - $104,000
$5,000 sign bonus/ relocation
