Job Description
Be a part of a fast-paced team at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County! As a Mammography Technologist you must posses skill to operate mammography equipment required in the course of performing mammograms and must demonstrate acceptable knowledge of all quality control and quality assurance tests required by the Mammography quality standards Act/American college of Radiology guidelines. Must demonstrate knowledge of breast structure, patient positioning, and radiation protection. This position may also work in the role Radiologic Technologist.
Must have successfully completed a formal Radiologic technology program in an AMA approved school. Must be ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist or be registry eligible. Must be willing to obtain ARRT Mammography registry and must have a Wyoming state license or be licensure eligible. Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
