Job Description
Be a part of a fast-paced team at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County! As a Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist you will be responsible for obtaining clinical specimens using a variety of techniques, preparation of clinical specimens, collecting and processing drug screens, inputting patient information and changes, ordering tests, clerical and secretarial duties.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior work experience required, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting. Blood drawing experience preferred. You must also possess legible writing and oral communication skills, computer skills also helpful. Must be able to lift 25 pounds, and be able to distinguish colors.
