Territory Manager - Oliver Rubber Co.

• Meet or exceed all assigned sales quotas.
• Perform job assignment within assigned travel and expense budget.
• Develop and implement sales training programs to educate Licensee sales personnel with regard to the effective promotion and sales solicitation of Oliver precure retread products.
• Direct and assist in the sales activities of all Licensee Commercial Sales Representatives within the Licensee network and work cooperatively with other Oliver personnel to insure the development and implementation of an effective territory work plan.
• Implement and maintain the territory work plan with regard to the preparation and maintenance of the following:

• Work in conjunction with Oliver management to develop a critical path for the closing of all new distribution prospects and target fleets in the work plan.
• Maintain sufficient direct customer contact to insure full market awareness with regard to competitive activity and effective customer relations.
• Submit all paperwork accurately and on a timely basis and work with all internal departments and individuals in a cooperative and professional manner.
• Conduct your daily activities in such a fashion as to be a credit to yourself, your community and The Oliver Group.

Requirements:
