Applicants should be able to demonstrate a history of progressively improving business-to-business sales results. Recent college graduates will also be considered.

Applications must be a team player, self-motivated, and, comfortable developing and implementing innovative sales initiatives.
Mitel products and services are software-based, and in some cases complex. Consequently, we value experience that you have (educational or practical) that demonstrates a strong analytical ability. We seek individuals with strong executive selling and negotiation skills, and industry knowledge. Experience selling enterprise solutions where there are a multitude of influencers and decision-makers is also a plus.
Duties Responsibilities:
Solicit business customers through various external contacts; develop territory or business base to maximize new customers and/or expand product mix offered to existing customers.
Respond to RFP’s and other information requests in an effort to secure a sale.
Follow-up on current accounts that are in your developed pipeline to ensure sales are closed in a timely manner.
Provide feedback to management regarding offering desirable products to the marketplace.
Keep abreast of changing trends and product developments within the telecommunications industry.
Compensation:
Mitel Sales Representatives are paid a substantial base salary, plus commission and bonus. Car allowance and company cell phone are also included. Additionally, our recognition programs allow top producers to win gifts and travel opportunities with their peers, based on achieving a predetermined level of performance. Special, very achievable levels are set up for "rookies" in their first year. Benefits package includes paid vacation, 401K, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and eligibility for health benefits.
