Montgomery College’s Computer Publishing/Printing Management Department has a need for part-time faculty to teach courses in Flash and ActionScript.

Qualifications:

A Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
Must be able to teach Flash and ActionScript.
Must have expertise in Macintosh OSX.
Must know Adobe Flash CS-3 and ActionScript 3.0.
College level teaching experience is desirable.
Knowledge of, and commitment to the community college philosophy and mission
Willingness and flexibility to teach day and/or evening sections as needed.
Ability to integrate technology into course delivery.

Each semester’s employment of a part-time faculty member is dependent upon the needs of the College and available funds.

Part-time faculty must possess a minimum of a Master’s degree or appropriate equivalent.
Part-time faculty positions are Non-Bargaining without benefits.
Part-time faculty at Montgomery College may teach no more than 10 ESH (equivalent student hours) per semester.
Each part-time faculty member is contracted for one semester at a time.
Part-time faculty are paid biweekly throughout the semester.
