Montgomery College, is seeking to compile a database of qualified candidates for part-time teaching opportunities. This applicant pool will remain online and provides the ability for the college to locate interested part-time faculty based on student enrollment needs.
Each semester’s employment of a part-time faculty member is dependent upon the needs of the College and available funds.
Part-time faculty must possess a minimum of a Master’s degree or appropriate equivalent.
Part-time faculty positions are Non-Bargaining without benefits.
Part-time faculty at Montgomery College may teach no more than 10 ESH (equivalent student hours) per semester.
Each part-time faculty member is contracted for one semester at a time.
Part-time faculty are paid biweekly throughout the semester.

Part-time Faculty- American Sign Language
This job posting is for applicants who wish to apply to the College’s part-time faculty applicant pool for American Sign Language.
Education & Training: A Master’s Degree in American Sign Language or Deaf-related education from an accredited college or university is required.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of and commitment to the community college philosophy and mission.
Willingness and flexibility to teach day, evening and weekend sections as needed.
Ability to integrate technology into course delivery.
Ability to teach in a multicultural setting.
Experience teaching at the post secondary level is preferred.
