We create custom training solutions for our customers in technology (desktop tools, internet, systems, programming) and business skills (project management, leadership, sales, customer service, etc.), plus professional services for enterprise clients.

We have openings for the newly-created ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE position. The Account Executive will blend a stellar work ethic and outstanding communication skills with strategic business acumen and a consultative approach to selling to prospect, qualify, develop and close business in both new and existing accounts.

You will receive a generous base salary, plus commission and bonuses.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years successful direct sales
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify areas of need and devise creative solutions (S.P.I.N.® or Solution Selling® a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Excellent influence and negotiation skills
  • Strong desire to succeed
