Projects Range from $10,000,000 - $1 Billion Plus
Location: Fairfax, VA
Salary: $ 120,000 - $150,000 Depending On Experience

As Part of this Elite Group The Simulation Engineer Will:
Lead the Effort of Development, Implementation, and Support of Simulation Projects at all Sites Worldwide;
Perform Dynamic Simulation Scoping Studies;
Be Responsible for the Management and Coordination of Simulation Projects, and Project Related Vendor and Client Interactions;
Provide Expertise in The Application of Dynamic Simulations to Design Engineering Analysis and Control Applications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's / or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering:
Minimum 7 Years Performing the Above Specifications within the Oil and Gas Refining and / or Petrochemical Industry;
Minimum 15 Years Left In Career;
Strong Project Management Skills Working with Vendors, Suppliers and Contractors;
Strong Leadership and Communication Skills;
Simulation Experience in a Broad Range of Refinery and Chemical Process Units;
Process Dynamics and Control Knowledge and Experience;
Familiarity with Major Dynamic Simulation Packages, e.g., HYSYS, ShadowPlant, and DYNSIM;
Familiarity with Honeywell Distributed Control Systems (TDC3000, TPS) a plus
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to Travel, Nearly 25%, Both Domestic and Internationally.
To Qualify - You Must Have All Of The Following Requirements
Minimum 10 Years Direct Work Experience In Our Clients' Industry Performing The Specified Roles / Functions
College Bachelors Degree In Chemical Engineering
Accredited College Or University / Masters and PhD's Welcome
USA Citizenship Or USA Permanent Resident Card
