JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Compensation Analyst performs a variety of analytical and administrative activities related to the maintenance of the compensation and stock plans.

Job Responsibilities: Compensation

Participate in external surveys and use data to obtain and analyze market pay rates, evaluate new jobs, make recommendations on appropriate pay grade levels.

Evaluate compensation programs and practices to ensure compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act; determine appropriate classification of jobs and maintain documentation.

Conduct research, analyze data and identify trends in compensation and continually review current practices and policies to ensure that best practices are being utilized.

Administer short- and long-term incentive programs including communication and calculation of awards for employees at all levels.

Manage Performance Management system and annual review process.

Provide analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metrics. Stock Plan

Maintain all compensation data necessary for proxy and annual filings

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to communicate materials, compliance, grant process and management reports.

Prepare Section 16 filings and current holdings summaries for executives and non-employee directors.

Process new grants as well as varied transactions with strong know-how of accounting, legal and tax implications.

Administer annual and interim award grants and employee enrollments in stock plan administration system.

Administer and fund bi-weekly 401(k), HSA and Employee Stock Purchase Plan contributions

Respond to all executive plus employee queries pertinent to company stock plans.

Ensure that all stated processes are followed and data is accurate. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations along with securities laws.

Coordinate required audits, reconciliations, data edits and complex calculations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Requirements:

7 + years of experience in one or more of the fields of responsibility (Compensation experience required)

Must have previous compensation analysis and administration with a publicly traded company

Bachelor`s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel

Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
