JOB DESCRIPTION

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking several Midwestern Territory Sales Managers to market a newly branded micronutrient to potential dealer/distributors throughout the Midwest. Primary responsibility will be to build brand awareness resulting in sales within the territory. Client advises these mineral-based micro-nutrients are priced right for the customer, are highly effective and are agronomically superior to similar products currently on the market. Ideal candidates will have proven agronomic B2B sales experience, established customer relationships and will have been TOP PERFORMERS for previous employers.

EMPLOYER LOOKING TO HIRE THE RIGHT INDIVIDUALS QUICKLY AND IS OFFERING HIGHLY COMPETITIVE BASE SALARY PLUS BONUS AND COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES.

- BSc. Agronomy or other Ag-related degree preferred
- Recent experience selling micro-nutrients, foliar fertilizers, biostimulants or other mineral-based nutrients into the Ag sector
- Preference given to individuals who have sold product to bulk fertilizer blenders
- Proven success managing a $1-2 million sales territory
- Assertive characteristics including solid negotiation skills and performance-driven
- Currently residing within the Midwestern portion of the U.S. with established B2B customer relationships

Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
