Contract Term is two (2) years with a base salary of $450,000, productivity incentive that is available immediately based on net revenue, signing-bonus negotiable, relocation allowance of $5,000, paid vacation & holidays (6-wks based on standard work week), 6 days of paid CME (one paid wk based on standard work week) and $4,000, choice of pension funds, health, dental, vision, and many additional benefits. Seeking a dynamic full-time Urologist to join a nationally recognized as an award-winning healthcare organization comprised of a community hospital and a multi-specialty group with approximately 90 providers.
Robust primary care referral base and excellent collaboration with general surgery, oncology, emergency medicine, hospitalist medicine, and other specialists. Acute care hospital offers private rooms, 10-room OR, state-of-the art surgical equipment, diagnostic imaging and laboratory services, and 130 surgeries and 679 office procedures with significant opportunity to grow surgical volume. QUALIFICATIONS
Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist. Physicians maintain or obtain board certification throughout employment.
