Contract Term is two (2) years with a base salary of $278,000 guaranteed during initial term, productivity incentive that is available immediately based on WRVU, signing-bonus negotiable, relocation allowance of $5,000, paid vacation & holidays (6-wks based on standard work week), 6 days of paid CME (one paid wk based on standard work week) and $4,000, several pension funds, flexible benefits, health, dental, vision, and many additional benefits. The group you will join includes four orthopedic surgeons, podiatrist, physiatrist and rheumatologist, as well as physician assistants. The surgeons have fellowship training in hand, shoulder/sports medicine, foot and ankle and total joint replacement. The professional opportunity is excellent. The office is located in a cutting-edge outpatient facility with primary care, walk-in, therapy and a wellness center. The facility was designed to provide excellent continuity of care for our musculoskeletal patients. In 2017, Wallethub compared the to states and the District of Columbia across 14 key metrics including: wages, competitive environment, malpractice award payouts and liability insurance expense. In addition to sports medicine, it is expected that the candidate will have interest and experience in minor musculoskeletal procedures, such as joint injections, splinting, and casting. There is also opportunity to provide nonsurgical fracture care, as well as ultrasound-guided injections. QUALIFICATIONS
