Install, configure and monitor all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics AX in production and non-production environments.
Understanding and executing application lifecycle management best practices for promoting customizations & configuration updates in Dynamics AX.
Actively participating in system design sessions, configurations, user acceptance testing efforts, and go-live efforts.
Providing support and advice to non-technical users.
Adept at managing multiple deadlines and rapidly changing priorities.
Writing code to integrate Dynamics AX with other systems.
Providing detailed technical and functional documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with end users, managers, and fellow members of the IT Team QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor`s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 4-8 years of experience with Information Technology.
At least 2-6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
Strong development background and experience in any of several areas Visual Studio, X++, SQL, C#, Microsoft Dynamics AX development tools and Application Integration Framework (AIF), XML. Experience with EDI XML, Microsoft SQL Server/SSRS.
Versed in SDLC and best practices for application development.
Experience in creating requirements specifications based on Architecture/ Design / Detailing of ERP Business Processes.
Experienced in developing system integrations using a variety of techniques and technologies such as AIF, .NET Business Connector, X++, C#, Web Services, REST APIs, EDI, XML, SSIS, FTP, etc.
Contribute to and maintain system standards as well as maintain consistent installation and configuration procedures.
Customization and development in different modules of Dynamics AX which includes: AR, AP, GL, Inventory Management, HR and Procurement and Sourcing modules
Write and debug programs, design and build integrations, peer review code, use debugging tools and development tools, and tune the applications.
Hand-on Knowledge on Supply Chain Management Processes.
Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skills.
Experience in MS Visual Studio is a plus.
Nice to have Skill:
3-5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration.
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
