This is a new position open due to growth. As Personal Trust Officer, you will work autonomously reporting to a manager in Little Rock. You will inherit a small book of accounts, managing a small group of relationships. You will round out your relationships through new business. Initially you will be given time to become acquainted with your relationships and to become familiar with the banks internal resources upon which to build your portfolio. QUALIFICATIONS
The Personal Trust Officer will have:
A minimum of 3 years experience
Experience administering trust accounts with a thorough understanding of trust documents
Successful experience selling trust products.
The maturity to be self-directed
The temperament to be a team player and do what is best for the client
CTFA, CFP, CPA, JD, etc. would be a plus
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
