Candidate MUST BE in a HR BUSINESS PARTNER ROLE Could be Hybrid Schedule My well-known International Manufacturing Company is looking for a key player to join their team Looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to the Industrial Operations team. Within this position you will be partnering with Director level individuals who head up Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehousing, Financials creating and implementing HR Strategy within this Corporation. Partner with these leaders in developing and creating processes used to move the environment forward from the Global perspective Drive performance Lead smooth organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies. Serve as the company-wide HR Lead for specific components of the Talent Strategy Help shape the company culture to align to business strategy through supporting and coaching Senior Leaders. Define, build, and launch scalable solutions that are grounded in data Lead projects from discovery and design through to completion - develop the project plan, lead all the meetings, and drive to results Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate people programs and processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible (i.e., Org design, talent strategies, talent acquisition, etc) QUALIFICATIONS Requirements BA/BS in Human Resources, business administration or related field 3+ years as a HR Business Partner supporting industrial operations functions (e.g. - Production/Quality/Supply Chain/Manufacturing) Experience in leading project management of talent related HR fields: organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition, & workforce planning Experience working in a matrix environment Experience in using project management techniques and skills Education: University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
