JOB DESCRIPTION
As the HR Manager you will direct the routine functions related to personnel to include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, recruiting and hiring new staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 3+ Years in human recource coordinating
- 2+ years recruiting to include sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating interview schedules
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Knowledge of legal dos and donts of interviewing
- Able to travel to restaurant locations in NC and SC
- Strong communication, influencing skills and leadership skills
- Project management skills, self-motivated and directed, take initiative to completion
- High energy team player, self-motivated, willing and able to work in a fast-paced high demand environment on multiple projects.
- High level of dependability, results oriented and sense of urgency
Ideal candidate will have a PHR or SPHR Education: University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
