JOB DESCRIPTION

Oregon area Clinical Application Specialist sought for award-winning surgical suite MRI imaging medical device company. Products center on imaging and navigational devices used in hospital OR surgical suites. You will be representing the company serving as a skilled and knowledgeable clinical resource in the operating room, and supporting growth of clinical sales. Home based role with 60% travel. Will consider people with several years` related experience. Similar role available in Los Angeles.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing excellent support and training to surgeons and surgical staff in the OR and outside.
  • Work with the field service team in doing troubleshooting and servicing as necessary.
  • Collaborate with hospital IT staff re establishing connectivity in the OR.
  • Representing the company at trade shows.
QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min 1 to 3 years as CAS servicing / working with advanced medical devices / acting as SME within the OR.
  • At ease with live surgery, working with surgeons, principals, staff, and aware of protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, customer service, computer skills.
  • Valid driving license and Canadian or US passport.
  • Able to do 60% travel.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with any of PACS, DICOM, RIS, robotics, optics, navigation, imaging.
  • MRI or CT of interest.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows in OR departments and radiology great to have.

Vocational/Technical/Diploma
